- 400 grams Chole / Pre-cooked chickpeas.
- 2 Onions.
- 2 tomatoes.
- 4-5 Green Chillies.
- 5-6 Garlic cloves.
- 1 tbsp Ginger.
- to taste Salt.
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon & cloves powder.
- 1 pinch Cardamom powder.
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
- 3 tbsp Oil.
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder.
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder.
- 1/2 Dry mango powder.
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder.
- 1 cup Coriander leaves.
- as needed Water.

- Grind onions, tomatoes, chilli, ginger and garlic into a paste..
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then add cardamom powder, cinnamon & cloves powder..
- Add masala paste & some water. Cover and cook until the raw smell goes..
- Add coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Mix well and cook that on a low flame..
- Add some more water depending on your requirement and salt, cook for 2 mins and add pre-cooked chickpeas..
- Cover and cook on a low heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Add coriander leaves, serve with some onion and lemon slices..
