  1. 8 Yellow Chilies.
  2. 14 Garlic Cloves.
  3. 3 Huacatay Leaves.
  4. 1 Red Onion.
  5. 1 Lime.
  6. To Taste Salt.
  7. To Taste Vegetal Oil.

Step by step how to cook Andean Herbs Chili Sauce:

  1. Wash the Huacatay Leaves with plenty of water and separate the stems..
  2. Cut the Onion as shown in the picture..
  3. Cut the Lime and extract the juice..
  4. Cut the Chili as shown in the picture. If you want the Sauce spicy, add the seeds and veins to the blender. If not, just the yellow part..
  5. Cut the Garlic Cloves in halves..
