- 7 vendakkai (okra).
- 1 cup curd (fine beat it thin consistent).
- To fry.
- 3 tablespoon Cooking oil.
- 2 dry chilli.
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds.
- 1/2 tablespoon channa dhal.
- 1/2 tablespoon urad dhal.
- 6 curry leaves.
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder.
- Salt (as required).
- 1/4 tablespoon asefotida.
- To grind.
- 4 spoon grated coconut.
- 1 tablespoon jeera.
- 2 green chillies.
- 1 piece ginger.
Step by step how to cook Vendakkai Moore kulambu:
- Cut vendakkai in to small piece. Add it to preheated pan by adding 2 tablespoon of oil. Fry it for 5 minutes..
- Take a mixer grinder and add the above ingredients to grind. Make it to fine paste by adding some water. Meantime take a cup of curd and best it well to thin consistency..
- Take a preheated pan, add oil, and the ingredients above (to fry). Add the grinded paste to it. Add the fried vendakkai. Keep it in low flame. Add some water and mix well. Add the beaten curd to finish..
