  1. 3 large potatoes.
  2. 5 chicken livers.
  3. 5 chicken gizzards.
  4. 6 red chilies.
  5. 5 cayenne peppers (option).
  6. 10 shallots.
  7. 5 cloves garlic.
  8. 1 tea spoon coriander.
  9. 5 candlenuts.
  10. 2 cm galangal (crushed).
  11. 1 lemonggrass (crushed).
  12. 3 kaffir lime leaves.
  13. 2 Indonesian bay leaves.
  14. To taste pepper.
  15. To taste sugar.
  16. Cooking oil.

Step by step how to cook Potato Sambal With Chicken Liver and Gizzard:

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
