- cookies.
- 1 box french vanilla cake mix.
- 1 thawed Cool Whip topping (8 oz).
- 1 each eggs.
- 1 packages butterscotch chips.
- tsp sugar. enough to coat cookies.
- 1 ungreased cookie sheets (line with foil or parchment paper to prevent sticking).
- 1 wire racks. for cooling.
Step by step how to cook French Vanilla Butterscotch Chip:
- Set oven to 350.
- Mix egg, cake mix, cool whip in bowl. Mix will be sticky. A spatula works best as you have to fold the batter. Stirring doesnt work..
- Mix in butterscotch chips.
- Scoop 1-2 tsp balls of cookie dough in to sugar and roll to coat..
- Place cookies on sheets. Bake for 16-17 minutes..
- Once out of oven, let cookies cool for a minute then move to wire rack to cool completely..
