- 1 lb bacon.
- 16 oz little smokie sausages.
- 1 cup brown sugar.
Step by step how to cook Brown Sugar Smokies:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each strip around a little sausage. Place the wrapped sausage on a toothpick. Line backing sheet with aluminum foil then arrange sausages on top and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes. (or until the brown sugar is melted).
