  11. 4 egg yolk (the yellow part).
  12. 10 grams zelatine.
  13. 300 ml wipped cream.

  1. Put on fire the group 1. medium fire.
  2. In a bowl stear the eggs yolk.
  3. Into the eggs slowly add the hot milk.
  4. Then take the bowl and make "a bath / banjo mari" (in a pot have hot-boilling water and on the top add the bowl, so the bowl doesn't meet directly ths fire).
  5. Stear it slowly with a wooden spoon. When the mix is like glue on the spoon take it off from the fire..
  6. Add the zelatines.

  8. Leave it in the fridge for 5 hours.
  9. FROM the start you have to put the zelatines into cold water to make them like glue. don't put them into the mix with the water..
  10. SAUCE: add all the ingridients into a pan, into meduim fire for 25min. The sauce is ready! (Also perfect for ice cream).
