- group 1.
- 300 ml milk.
- 1 clove fresh vanila (cutted in the middle to release the aroma).
- 1 tsp salt.
- 120 grams sugar.
- Sauce.
- 200 grams frozen mix forest fruit.
- 1 tbsp jam from red fruits or berries or forest fruit.
- 1 tbsp brown sugar.
- 50 grams butter.
- 4 egg yolk (the yellow part).
- 10 grams zelatine.
- 300 ml wipped cream.
Step by step how to cook Bavarian Creme with sauce from forest fruits Recipe by post from Germany and Lisa! a bit difficult but delicious!:
- Put on fire the group 1. medium fire.
- In a bowl stear the eggs yolk.
- Into the eggs slowly add the hot milk.
- Then take the bowl and make "a bath / banjo mari" (in a pot have hot-boilling water and on the top add the bowl, so the bowl doesn't meet directly ths fire).
- Stear it slowly with a wooden spoon. When the mix is like glue on the spoon take it off from the fire..
- Add the zelatines.
- Add the wipped cream and stear it slowly. Strain it and add into a big bowl or small ones.
- Leave it in the fridge for 5 hours.
- FROM the start you have to put the zelatines into cold water to make them like glue. don't put them into the mix with the water..
- SAUCE: add all the ingridients into a pan, into meduim fire for 25min. The sauce is ready! (Also perfect for ice cream).
