- when the puff are cooled cut open, pull out center dough or u can leave it, if u like.
- fill in center of puffs, with the whipped cream, sift powder sugar on top of the puffs and chocolate syrup ( optional ). i add 1/2 strawberries ontop .for a omg flavor..
