Ingredients for Spinach Frittata:

  1. 4 eggs.
  2. 2 tbsp milk.
  3. 1/3 cup grated cheese.
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt or less as per taste.
  5. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper.
  6. 2 tbsp olive oil.
  7. 1 medium onion, chopped.
  8. 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped.
  9. 1 large deseeded tomato (optional).
  10. 11/2 cup chopped Spinach.

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cheese. Stir in the salt and pepper. Set aside..
