Ingredients for Macaroni Frittata:
- 150 g flour.
- 2 cup Parboiled macaroni. 3 Eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup carrots.
- Handful chili pepper.
- 1/2 red and green pepper.
- 1/2 cup spring onions.
- 1/2 cup onions.
- 1/2 cup green beans.
- 2/3 cup melted butter.
- Handful Basil.
- to taste Salt.
- Black or white pepper.
- Cube seasoning.
- Chopped Fish, meat and chicken can be added.
Step by step how to cook Macaroni Frittata:
- Parboil Macaroni in salted water until slightly cooked. Drain and set aside. Mix flour, eggs, milk, cubes veggies, some melted butter and Macaroni. Add black pepper, salt and Basil. Check taste and seasoning. Cook over stove top or bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170c.
