- 3 eggs.
- 2-3 slices American cheese.
- Cup homemade chili.
- Butter.
Step by step how to cook Chili-n-cheese Omelette:
- Beat eggs while melting butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour in skillet cover until top of egg is just cooked.
- Place cheese slices folded in half over center of egg and fold over both sides.
- Turn off heat and cover to let cheese melt, then plate and cover with heated chili.
