  2. 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/4 inche slices.

  6. 1 tsp cajun seasoning.
  7. 1 tsp black pepper and salt to taste.

  10. 1 lb fresh broccoli cooked in boiling salted water until crisp tender.

  12. 1 small onion, chopped.
  13. 2 minced garlic cloves.
  14. 3 tbsp flour.
  15. 3 tbsp butter.
  16. 1 cup chicken broth.
  17. 1 cup heavy cream.
  18. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
  19. 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning.
  20. 1/2 tsp black pepper and salt only if needed.
  21. 1 tsp hot sauce such as franks brand.
  22. 1 tsp fresh lemon juice.
  23. 1 FOR TOPPING.
  24. 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese, I used a blend of pepper jack and sharp cheddar.
