Ingredients for Turkish style chicken kebabs /Eid Mubarak:
- 2 cup boneless chicken (fine minced).
- 1 Onion.
- 1tsp Cumin seeds.
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves.
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves.
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste.
- 2 tbsp Bread crumbs.
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika.
- 1 tsp Coriander powder.
- 1 tbsp Oil.
- 5 Cherry tomato.
- 1 Capsicum.
- Chutney.
- 1cup Mint leaves.
- 3 Green chilli.
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds.
- 2 Garlic cloves.
- 1cup Curd.
- To taste Salt.
Step by step how to cook Turkish style chicken kebabs /Eid Mubarak:
- Mince the masala(pic1)mince the boneless chicken separately.
- Now mix altogether, sumac (cuts down the spice of habanero chilli)salt,bread crumbs, sweet paprika mix well.
- Now add oil, now take barbecue sticks...insert half cherry tomato,then kebab mixture same as pic 2. And shallow fry them or grill them as per your like.
- Grind the chutney masala...mentioned in above Ingredients...shallow fry all the kebabs.
