  2. 4 oz chicken breast.
  3. 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. 1/3 cup pineapple.

  6. 1/4 cup green pepper.
  7. 1/4 cup onion.
  8. 1 slice pepperjack cheese.
  9. 3 tbsp Carribean-Jerk sauce.
  10. 2 tbsp fat free ranch.
  11. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
  12. 1/4 tsp ground cumin.
