- Beef ke small cube shape ke pieces kar lein. Phir ik bowl me merination ka batter banayen..
- Tamam botiyon ko masalay me lapait kar fridge me 3-4 hr ke liye marinate kar dein..
- Phir Pateelay ko tez anch par charha ke pani dry karen..
- Koylon ko red hot karlen..
- Jab botiyan gal jaye aur pani dry ho jaye to ik aluminium cup me red hot koyla rakh dein.aur us cup ko botiyon ke upar rakh dein..
- Phir us me 1/2 tsp ghee dalen to usme smoke uthe ga.pateelay ko 15 min ke liye dhak dein..
- Potato ko cube shape me kat kar boil karen. food colour aur salt b pani me add karden..
- Tomato, capsicum aur onion ke b small pieces kar lein. Ab hum inhen assemble karenge sticks me..
- Now shashlik assembled. ready for frying..

- Now take a pan and add oil. keep sticks on that surface. turn sticks slowly thori thori dair me. ta ke har taraf se fry ho jaye..
