Ingredients for Rum Waffle:

  1. 3 cups flour.
  2. 2 cups sugar.
  3. 3 teaspoon rum extract.
  4. 3 eggs.
  5. 1 tespoon baking soda.
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
  7. 2 tablespoon butter.
  8. 1 teaspoon cream of tatar.
  9. 2 cups water.
  10. 1 teaspoon water.
  11. 1/3 cup oil.

Step by step how to cook Rum Waffle:

  1. In a medium size bowl add the 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar and mix it using a spoon for 5minutes..
  2. In a small bowl add the 3 eggs,2 tablespoon butter, 1/3 cup oil and the1 teaspoon water and mix it using a mixer in medium for 5minutes..
  3. Add sugar mixture and the egg mixture in a large bowl and mix it again using a mixer mix it for 5 minutes..
  4. After it mix add 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon cream of tartar,1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda, and the 2 tablespoon butter and mix it again with a mixer for 10 minute or at least until it is combined..
  5. After it is mix at 3 teaspoon rum slowly to the mixture and then mix it up for 5 minutes.
  6. Then using a ice cream scoop take 2 scoop of the batter and then you put them into the machine and cook it until golden brown or usually I cook it for 10 minutes..
