Ingredients for Rum Waffle:
- 3 cups flour.
- 2 cups sugar.
- 3 teaspoon rum extract.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 tespoon baking soda.
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- 2 tablespoon butter.
- 1 teaspoon cream of tatar.
- 2 cups water.
- 1 teaspoon water.
- 1/3 cup oil.
Step by step how to cook Rum Waffle:
- In a medium size bowl add the 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar and mix it using a spoon for 5minutes..
- In a small bowl add the 3 eggs,2 tablespoon butter, 1/3 cup oil and the1 teaspoon water and mix it using a mixer in medium for 5minutes..
- Add sugar mixture and the egg mixture in a large bowl and mix it again using a mixer mix it for 5 minutes..
- After it mix add 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon cream of tartar,1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda, and the 2 tablespoon butter and mix it again with a mixer for 10 minute or at least until it is combined..
- After it is mix at 3 teaspoon rum slowly to the mixture and then mix it up for 5 minutes.
- Then using a ice cream scoop take 2 scoop of the batter and then you put them into the machine and cook it until golden brown or usually I cook it for 10 minutes..
