Ingredients for Potato and Onion Frittata:
- 3 potatoes medium sized.
- 2 onions large.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 5 eggs large.
- 1 ½ Tablespoons balsamic Vinegar.
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
- ½ teaspoon salt.
- ½ teaspoon black pepper.
- ¼ teaspoon paprika powder.
- ½ teaspoon Chilli flakes.
- 1 teaspoon Basil dried (you can add fresh if you want).
- 3 tbsps olive oil.
- ½ Cup Sausages Chorizos or (Optional).
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Optional).
- 2 Tbsps Mozzarella Cheese (Optional).
- 2 Tbsps Cheddar Cheese (Optional).
This shows off their shape and gives the frittata more heft. In a small non-stick frying pan, heat oil over a medium heat. Place potatoes in medium saucepan with enough water to cover by one inch. Add the potatoes and onion and coat well with the oil.
