- 1 kg liver.
- 1 tbsp@garlic n ginger paste.
- to taste Salt.
- 2 tbsp tomato paste.
- 1 lemon.
- 2 tsps curry powder.
- 2 tbsp oil.
Step by step how to cook Masala Liver#Weekly Jikoni Challenge:
- Wash the liver,put salt,garlic and ginger paste n let it cook..
- Once its ready put into a container.Now put oil in a saucepan.
- Take a bowl n put tomato paste, salt,curry powder n lemon juice. Mix properly n put into saucepan with oil n mix well.
- Add in the boiled liver n mix well.Enjoy with fries n salads.
