  1. 1 kg Mutton.
  2. 200 ml water.
  3. 5 big Onions thinly sliced.
  4. 1 tomato chopped.
  5. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  6. 2 tsp curry leaves.
  7. 1 tbsp black pepper powder.
  8. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder.
  9. 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder.
  10. 2 tbsp coriander powder.
  11. 1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder.
  12. to taste Salt.
  13. 2 tsp refined oil.

Step by step how to cook Home style Mutton Curry:

  1. Wash the mutton and cut into medium sized pieces..
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil, fry the onions till they are golden brown..
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 10 mins.
  4. Add all the spices, tomato, curry leaves and salt and fry for another 10 mins.
  5. Add mutton pieces and fry well..
  6. Add water and cook in pressure cooker for 1 hour..
  7. Relish it hot with steamed rice, Appam or Dosa.
