- 1 cup handva batter.
- 1/4 cup beetroot puree.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- as needed Oil for cooking.
- For serving.
- 4 tbsp Green coriander chutney.

- Mix beetroot puree in handva batter, then add salt, 1 tsp oil, baking soda and whisk properly..
- Grease and heat waffle maker (I used a gas waffle maker.).
- Then pour the prepared batter,close it and let it cool on slow flame..
- Serve hot with green chutney..
