- 1/2 tbsp castor sugar.

- 1 tube pillsbury crescent rolls(8 oz).

- 150 gm blueberries.
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp sugar.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1 large pinch dried thyme.
- 1/8 tsp salt.
- 1/2 lemon zest.
- 1 & 1/4 tsp cornstarcth dissolved in 2 tbsp cold water.
