Ingredients for Smoky Oats lauki kababs:

  1. 1 cup grated lauki.
  2. 1 cup rolled oats.
  3. 1 tsp coriander powder.
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  5. 1 green chilli finely chopped.
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder.
  8. 2 tbsp green coriander leaves.
  9. To taste Salt.
  10. As required Oil.

Step by step how to cook Smoky Oats lauki kababs:

  1. Take a plate add 1 cup grated lauki, oats, salt, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, green coriander Leaves, mix all well togather..
  2. Place a small bowl in between the mixture, and place leave charcoal in it add 1 tsp ghee, cover the mixture with big utensil so all the smoke captured by the mixture, keep it like this for 5 min.
  3. After 5 min remove the cover, and mix the mixture well, and make small small patties out of this mixture.
  4. Heat a non stick tava on medium flame, place the kabab that we have made, add 1 tsp oil, roast them till it become golden brown on both sides..
  5. Your oats lauki kabab is ready to eat, serve with lachcha onions and tomatoes, with your favourite chutney.
