Ingredients for Jerk Chicken:
- 3 tablespoons readymade Jerk chicken spices.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste.
- Sides Roasted Vegetables.
- Use your favourite choice of vegetables.I chosen red radishes,red onion,tomatoes,jalapenos,white mushroom and cubed pineapples.
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning.
- Pinch salt and pepper.
- 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- 1 piece lime.
Step by step how to cook Jerk Chicken:
- Mix the ingredients above and marinate chicken for at least 3 hours. Best to marinate overnight..
- Prep the vegetables by rubbing with olive oil,sprinkle some chicken seasoning,pinch of salt and pepper..
- Bake at 200 degree Celcius for 40-50 minutes until chicken fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken,roast the vegetables for 10minutes under same temperature..
