Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Skewers:
- 4 chicken fillets cubed.
- 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste.
- 2 tsp bbq spice.
- 1 tsp tandoori spice.
- 4 tbs tomato sauce.
- 2 tbs Jimmy sauce.
- 1 tbs mustard sauce.
Step by step how to cook Grilled Chicken Skewers:
- Mix all Ingredients (ginger & garlic paste, bbq spice, tandoori spice, tomato sauce, Jimmy sauce, mustard sauce) together besides the chicken.
- Add few drops of oil to marinade then add to cubed chicken.
- Thread sticks with green pepper chicken, red pepper.
- Grill in pan or oven or on coals keep remaining sauce to baste on top.Enjoy.
