- 1 lb ground beef.
- 1 1/2 cups Salsa.
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese.
- 2 cans (8 oz) each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls.
Step by step how to cook Cheesy Beef Crescent Ring:
- Heat oven to 375°F..
- Cook beef in skillet until no longer pink (drain any excess oil). Add salsa and simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
- On large cookie sheet or pizza stone, Unroll both cans of cresent dough; separate and arrange triangles in a ring/circle. Overlap the short sides of the triangles forming a 5-inch circle in center. *the dough ring should look like the sun..
