Ingredients for Caribbean Shrimp Avocado:
- 1 large avocado.
- 1/2 packages Shrimp.
- 1 as needed Onions.
- 1 as needed Red sweet pepper.
- 1 as needed Yellow sweet pepper.
- 1 as needed Orange sweet pepper.
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice.
- 1/2 tsp Grace jerk seasoning.
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper.
- 1 1/2 dash Cajun seasoning.
- 1 tsp Powdered garlic.
- 1 tbsp White vinegar.
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil.
Step by step how to cook Caribbean Shrimp Avocado:
- Thaw shrimp.
- Add vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, jerk seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder to the shrimp.
- Mix until all shrimp is evenly seasoned.
- Add coconut oil to hot pan and sautée onions and sweet peppers.
- Add seasoned shrimp and sautée until tender.
- Cut avocado in half and remove seed.
- Pour shrimp mix into avocado pit.
