Ingredients for Caramelized Steaks:

  1. 2 (16 oz) Steaks.
  2. 1 tbs Olive Oil.
  3. Steakhouse Seasoning.
  4. 3 1/2 tbsp Course Black Pepper.
  5. 2 tbsp Kosher Salt.
  6. 2 tbsp Fine Pink Salt.
  7. 1 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder.
  8. 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder.
  9. 1 1/2 tbsp Season Salt.
  10. 1 1/2 tbsp Turbinado Sugar.
  11. 1 tbsp Adobo Powder (w/pepper).
  12. 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika.
  13. 1/2 tbsp Meat Tenderizer.
  14. 1 1/4 tsp Cayenne.
  15. Brown Butter Sauce.
  16. 1 stick Butter.
  17. 6 clove Garlic minced.
  18. 3 tbsp Brown Sugar.

Step by step how to cook Caramelized Steaks:

  1. Coat steaks with olive oil then add steakhouse blend & let sit.
  2. After the steaks have sat for about 15-30 minutes begin to cut the butter into slices & start melting in a pan with the minced garlic on low.
  3. After the butter has been melted for 10-15 minutes start grilling the steaks & add the brown sugar to the butter as it continues to cook down on low.
  4. Once there is a good sear on each side of the steaks paint the butter sauce on the steaks making sure to do both sides, doing this will add moisture, tenderness & caramelization to your steak.
