Ingredients for Argentinian Chimmichurri:
- 2 cups chopped parsley (flat leaf).
- 4 cloves garlic chopped.
- 3 Tbsp dried oregano.
- 1 Tbsp sea salt.
- 1 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper.
- 1/2-1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes (depending on taste).
- 1 Tbsp sunflower oil.
- 1/4 cup boiling hot water.
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar.
- 1 non reactive air tight container.

- Chop parsley and garlic making sure you have two cups of parsley..
- Add garlic and dry ingredients to parsley..
- Pour in sunflower oil..
- Pour in hot water..
- Pour in red wine vinegar..
- Mix well. (do not shake).
- Cover and refrigerate.(allow at least 24 hours for flavors to combine).
