  16. 1 Tablespoon mustard Oil.
  17. 1 Teaspoon lemon juice.

  20. 2 Tablespoons oil.
  21. 2 Onion chopped.
  22. 1 Tomato chopped.
  23. 1/2 Teaspoon cumin seeds.
  24. 5 Garlic clove.
  25. 1/2 inch Ginger.
  26. 1/4 Cinnamon stick.
  27. 1 Black cardomon.
  28. 6 Black peppers.
  29. 5 cashew nuts.
  30. 1/8 Teaspoon javetri.
  31. 1 Pinch Sugar.
  32. 2 Drops kewra essance.
  33. 2 Tablespoons fresh cream.
  34. 1/4 Cup Milk.
  35. 1 tbsp Kasuri methi.

  38. 1/4 Teaspoon turmeric powder.

  42. 1 Metal bowl.
  43. 1 Coal piece.

Step by step how to cook Smoky Gobhi Musallam In Nawabi Style:

  1. Heat enough water in a pot. Add salt and little turmeric powder. Boil the cauliflower in it for around 10 minutes. Drain and keep it aside..

  5. Heat oil in pan. Add jeera, black pepper, dalchini, javitri, Elaichi to it, now add onions ginger, garlic, tomatoes and cashew nuts and cook it. Cool it and make a smooth paste of it..
  6. Heat oil in pan. Add ground paste, all spices powder, sugar and salt in it..
  7. Now add 2 cups of water and salt. Cook it. Now add kasuri methi, kewra essence and fresh cream..
  8. Now place the cooked marinated cauliflower in this gravy and cook for 5 minutes..
  9. Heat coal on flame. Place a bowl in gobhi mussalum pan. Add a few drops of ghee on the coal, a pinch of asafoetida and close the lid. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Open the lid after 5 minutes and remove the bowl..
