Ingredients for Greek Burgers w/yogurt sauce:
- Patty Mix.
- 1 lb ground lamb *or lean ground beef.
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry and chilled.
- 1/2 cup feta cheese.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano, dill, and parsley.
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin.
- 1 egg yolk.
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne.
- Yogurt Sauce.
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt.
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber.
- 1 tablespoon honey.
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest.
- Juice of 1 lemon.
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill.
- 1 teaspoon chopped mint.
- to taste Salt and pepper.
- Serve With.
- Toasted ciabatta buns, sliced tomato, cucumber, and red onion.

- Combine all patty mix ingredients in a bowl. Do not over work the mix..
- Form four patties and refrigerate 10-15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil on a medium high heat skillet, cook burgers 3-5 minutes per side to desired doneness. *if using bison DO NOT cook beyond medium or it will be dry!.
- Served drizzled with yogurt sauce.
